What's a good OWL syntax?

Most people who work with RDF or OWL seem to use the RDF/XML syntax, because it's widely supported, or because they don't know any better. I'm trying to steer people away from RDF/XML whenever possible because it's such a major obstacle in understanding semantic technologies.

When it comes to people who work with RDF, I point out Turtle or N-Triples as better alternatives.

But what about OWL? There are quite a few possibilities: OWL/XML, Functional, Manchester, Turtle, N-Triples; and I don't really know what to recommend.

What's the newbie-friendly, reasonably-widely-supported, easy-to-understand syntax for OWL?
