What triple or quad stores implement access control?

I know that http://www.openanzo.org/ supports role-based access control at the named graph level.

Are there any other off-the-shelf options for implementing access control on a triple or quad store, (preferably with a REST interface)?

OpenLink Virtuoso supports SQL account level controls, OAuth, and FOAF+SSL re. protection of your SPARQL endpoint and Quad Store.

Stardog plans ACLs at least down to the graph level: https://plus.google.com/106999552208745998290/posts/CWehyznthZ2

The Talis Platform also has this: http://www.talis.com/platform/developers/

I posted a closely related question yesterday.

TopBraid Live supports RBAC at the named graph level. REST-based web services can be defined with SPARQLMotion scripts, which is basically a way to use SPARQL to manipulates triples and create REST-based APIs over named graphs.
